We want you to relax, enjoy the property, and the natural beauty of the area. These simple rules help us protect our guests, our home, and the tranquility of the surroundings.

1. Guests and visitors

he maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The lead guest must be at least 25 years old and remain on the property for the entire duration of the booking. Reservations made on behalf of third parties are not permitted. Only registered guests may stay on the property. Visitors require prior authorization from the host. Please do not share access codes or property access information with anyone other than a registered or authorized guest.

2. Parties, noise and commercial use

Parties and events are not permitted. Small gatherings may be considered with prior written authorization. Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Music and conversation are welcome; we simply ask that you maintain a respectful noise level, especially during quiet hours. Photography, filming, or other commercial use requires prior authorization.

3. Smoking and vaping

Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the house. If you smoke outside, please extinguish completely and dispose of all used materials properly. Do not throw cigarette butts on the property.

4. Pets

Up to two pets are allowed with prior authorization and payment of applicable fees. Dogs must weigh 16 kg (35 lb) or less, unless otherwise authorized. Guests are responsible for supervising their pets and cleaning up after them. Pets are not allowed in the pool.

5. Swimming pool, river and outdoor areas

Children and minors must be supervised by an adult at all times around the pool and in the surrounding outdoor areas. Use of the pool is at the guests' own risk. Diving, running, and rough play are not permitted around the pool. Food, drinks, and pets are not allowed in the pool area. Glass containers are also prohibited in the pool area.

The nearby river and its access areas are not part of Casa de Mara's property and are not owned, controlled, or maintained by the host. Guests who choose to access the river, trails, or surrounding natural areas do so at their own risk. Please exercise extreme caution, particularly during or after rain, as water levels and currents, as well as trail and terrain conditions, may change.

6. Property and equipment

Please take care of the villa, furniture, appliances, and gardens, and report any damage or maintenance issues immediately. Do not adjust, reset, disconnect, or tamper with the property's solar, electrical, water filtration, pool, or security systems. Contact us if you require assistance. Please turn off the air conditioning when leaving the property

7. Fruits, gardens and wildlife

Guests are welcome to enjoy the property's ripe fruit during their stay. Please take only the amount you plan to consume and do not remove large quantities of fruit from the property. Please respect the gardens and natural surroundings and do not leave food or trash outside overnight, as this may attract insects or wildlife.

8. Fire and safety

Fireworks, candles, and other open flames that could pose a risk are not permitted. For the safety of our guests and the property, there are exterior security cameras located in outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the house or in private interior areas. Security equipment must not be covered, disconnected, or tampered with in any way.

9. Arrival, departure and length of stay

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM, unless otherwise authorized by the host. Stays may not exceed 28 consecutive nights. The property is equipped with a smart lock for self check-in. Your personal access code and check-in instructions will be provided prior to arrival. Please do not share the access code with anyone other than registered or authorized guests. Upon departure, please leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition.

10. Guest Responsibility

The lead guest is responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with these House Rules. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues related to maintenance, cleaning, security, or any other situation, so we can assist you during your stay.
